Each Sunday at 10:30am, We bring our celebrations & compassions together as one into our shared sacred space.

Post-Pandemic Update:
With both compassion and wisdom for the best care of our Congregation, and in response to directives from the latest Science & Healthcare experts and the UUA, the MVUUC Board and Rev Maggie invite your participation in our In-person and online gatherings for Sunday Worship, Religious Exploration, and Group Meetings.
Our Minister Rev Maggie, our DLRE Robert, our Lay Leaders, and our Music Director Lily Popova will continue to create ways we can stay closely connected and care for the Spirit of Life within us all during this time of re-imagining congregational life.

In our UU Singing the Journey (STJ) hymnal, we find an Indigenous American chant taught to Environment Educator and Musician Hawk Hurst when he visited the Hoopa Tribe in the Northwest of our beautiful state of California. The song is aptly named "The Earth is Our Mother" as its lyrics remind us of our obligation to care for Mother Earth as she cares for (and nourishes) each of us.

Gene Boutilier is an activist resident of Pilgrim Place and on the Board of Housing Claremont. His career included pastoring and organizing in farm labor, anti-poverty, anti-hunger, shelter, sanctuary, refugee and asylum, ecumenical, interfaith, and other justice related projects. He was the founding executive of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
