  Yule/Winter Solstice Ritual Celebration and Feast

  Liquid Moon CUUPs (Circle of Unitarian Universalist Pagans) invites you to a musical celebration of the Winter Solstice, also known by the Druids as Alban Arthan and by the Witches and many other Pagans as Yule. The Circle Singers will help us all get into the spirit of the season by facilitating our celebration with music. Our celebration will be based on "A Winter Solstice Singing Ritual: A Celebration of the Darkness and the Light with Songs and Stories" by Julie Forest Middleton & Stasa Morgan-Appel (2002). Many of the songs/chants will be easy to follow along and lyrics will be printed for your participation. As always, a potluck feast will be a part of the celebration. Assistance with set-up and clean-up is greatly appreciated. Bring your MVUUC potluck bag or other mess kit, if you have one. Thank you for all your contributions and participation. This will be a circle not to be missed! Everyone interested in earth-based spirituality is invited. Bring your friends.
